On May 26, 2026, a grand commissioning ceremony was held for Phase I of the Juci Technology (Inner Mongolia) production base in the Hohhot Economic and Technological Development Zone. Company Chairman Guan Junkai, General Manager Shi Lei, and representatives from local government and industry chain partners jointly witnessed this milestone moment.

  Aluminum nitride powder is a core thermal management and insulating material for strategic emerging industries such as semiconductors, new energy vehicles, and 5G communications. Xiamen Juci Technology Co., Ltd. is the first industry leader in China to achieve large-scale mass production of aluminum nitride powder. The company possesses key core technologies and holds a leading competitive edge in the industry. In September 2024, Juci Technology formally signed an agreement with the Hohhot Economic Development Zone to establish the Juci Technology (Inner Mongolia) Production Base project, fully committing to the R&D and production of high-end electronic ceramic materials.

  The first phase of the project, which has now commenced operations, features four aluminum nitride production lines that have achieved full-scale mass production. The facility has an annual production capacity of 600 tons of aluminum nitride powder and 250 tons of aluminum nitride granule and aluminum nitride filler. Upon full operation, the project is expected to generate an annual output value of 250 million yuan. In addition, the Inner Mongolia plant is planned to consist of three phases. Once all phases are completed and operational, the annual production capacity for aluminum nitride powder will reach 1,200 tons.
